MICHAEL Angelo Chua of San Juan was named as Chairman of the Board in the newly formed Professional Chess Association of the Philippines (PCAP) to lead the league as it prepares for its inaugural season next year.
Cordova’s Ariel Potot is the Vice Chairman while Atty. Paul Elauria was named President and Commissioner.
